Dr. Stefan Moiceanu graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific, San Francisco, CA. He also has a diploma of Advanced Education in General dentistry. Dr. Moiceanu has completed many hours of continuing education in all phases of dentistry, with advanced training with P.A.C Live Aesthetic Continuum, The Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education, The Seattle Study Club and a mini residency in Implant Dentistry with Nobel Biocare Training Institute, Yorba Linda, CA.

Dr. Moiceanu’s top priority is to listen and understand your needs and concerns.  He will clearly explain the procedures necessary for your treatment and will answer any questions that you may have regarding the treatment.  As a dentist, Dr. Moiceanu looks forward to providing you with superior and friendly service.  He thrives to achieve excellence by applying the latest dental techniques.

Dr. Moiceanu has been married for 17 years.  His wife, Alina works as a Civil Engineer at East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) in Oakland, CA.  They have two children, Silvana and Sabin. In his spare time, Dr. Moiceanu enjoys the outdoors, skiing, bicycling, camping, and photography.
